Property Special Services

Risk control surveys are completed for all property lines of business by consultants with extensive commercial insurance loss control experience and education.

In addition to providing all necessary underwriting information, each property risk control survey will identify special hazards unique to each risk and will provide an evaluation of the effectiveness of the existing controls. If controls are found to be lacking or limited, recommendations for improvement will be developed and discussed with management prior to completing the survey. Clear and concise recommendations will be included in each survey report . The recommendations will identify what is wrong and will outline steps to take to improve hazard controls or to eliminate the hazard.
