Building Valuation Services
This service, available to all National Risk Control clients, is used primarily by our commercial insurance clients to verify the current value of buildings they insure.
National Risk Control consultants will gather building construction details at designated sites. Through use of Marshall & Swift/Boeckh (MS/B) software, consultants establish an Insurance-To-Value amount for each building specified.
Through use of the MS/B inductive cost-estimating method contained in the software, National Risk Control will provide the client a concise building valuation for insurance purposes.
Our reports will provide the following information:
* Insurance Exclusions include the four most common exclusions: basement
excavation, below grade foundations; underground plumbing, piping and conduits;
and architectural fees.
Cost factors used are modified for local conditions and are updated periodically
to ensure accuracy.
